The rocky shore of Massachusetts Bay starts in North Scituate and continues all the way to Cape Ann. At a low low tide a secret world reveals itself for a half hour or so once during daylight hours. The rest of the world disappears as you wander/wonder along the water’s edge staring, staring at the stones and pebbles and barnacles and shells to find a special instance of time and place and light and water to memorialize.
