Pavement art comes in many forms: it can be man made but for civic purpose; it can be made by nature’s collision with man; it can reflect random man made circumstance; it can be a collaboration between nature, man and the artist; it can be accidentally philosophical or humorous; it can be drawn in paint or tar or chalk or light. In any case it seems to ask to be considered.
